Island Terrace Community Gardens

Island Terrace Community Gardens is a project spearheaded by Althea
Paulson, Chuck Estin, and Debbi Lester with the cooperation of Housing
Resource Board and the leadership of  Island Terrace Apartment
manager, Renee’ Levesque. With the generous support from the
community, the residents will begin construction of their community
garden on May 9, 11 A.M. The residents have decided it will be
organic, will incorporate a kids garden, and will include a garden
space dedicated to growing food for Helpline. For more information
